6 Week Beginners Yoga Course: Tuesday 9th July | 18:00 – 19:00

Embark on a transformative journey with our 6-week beginners’ yoga course designed to introduce you to the enriching world of yoga. This course provides a gentle and comprehensive foundation. You’ll explore fundamental yoga poses, breathing techniques and the art of mindfulness. Each week builds upon the previous, gradually enhancing flexibility, strength and inner awareness.  Join us on this six-week adventure, where you’ll not only develop a solid yoga practice but also foster a sense of balance and well-being that extends beyond the mat.
