    • Non-Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please contact us within 2 days of the service. We will assess your concern and may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Provide the relevant details about your booking, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Some products or services offered at our wellness centre may be non-refundable. This information will be clearly communicated to you at the time of purchase.
